Description :
- Service Associates will be supporting our clients own customers with their needs
- This position will be taking incoming calls throughout the day
- Calls may include; needing to change information, updating account info
- Could be very entry level calls or could be more complex with a number of things that could be coming up with their accounts
WORKING IN OFFICE REQUIRED
Qualifications :
- 2-4 years of Customer Service experience required
- Experience with MS Office products (MS Word, MS Outlook)
- Strong written and communication skills (Need to be able to communicate professionally with their clients via phone and email
Hours of operation : M-F 7am - 6pm
Pay : $20 h / r paid weekly, 40 hours a week
