Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Job Description / Requirements
Educate patients / families in basic home safety and medical equipment safety as applicable to services provide.
Treat ROM, strength deficit, therapeutic exercises to promote functional mobility and independnece.
Coordinate occupational therapy services with other agency personnel .
you will make your own schedule and complete follow up visits following an OT evaluation .
This is an independent contractor position and the pay is $55-65 per visit , CA. visits are 45 minutes in length.

Minimum Required Qualifications :
- Current CA Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License
- Valid California Driver License / with transportation insurance
Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Per-Diem available.
Pay : $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
