About The Position
Job Title : Occupational Therapist Job Specialty : Occupational Therapy Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : AM, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : License : Michigan Required Certifications : Must-Have : Job Description : Work collaboratively with patients to develop and implement therapeutic plans.
- Conduct assessments to determine patient's functional status and develop appropriate interventions.- Provide education to patients and families regarding the therapeutic process and expected outcomes.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to provide updates on patient progress.- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
- Adapt and modify therapeutic interventions based on patient needs and clinical best practices.- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards of practice.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain expertise in the field.
