Job Summary
We are seeking an Accounts Payable / CSR clerk to join our team. In this role, you will manage the companys bills and ensure all invoices are paid in a timely manner.
Responsibilities will include receiving and preparing accounts payable invoices, handling expense reports, and assisting with audits.
In the CSR potion will offer company services and or products, resolve customer service issues / questions in a timely and professional manner to enhance customer satisfaction and increase retention.
Additionally, you will be scheduling service calls, reviewing and optimizing routes and dispatching work to technicians.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, computer savvy, and has a strong understanding of accounting, payments, and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Reconciling credit card and bank statements
- Communicate with technicians in field
- Preparing accounts payable invoices
- Making payments promptly
- Responsible for customer retention
- Assist in calling customers to confirm scheduled service
- Collaborating with other departments to handle account issues
- Process Credit card and payments
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and accounting software
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and research skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
