The Associate will be involved in all aspects of the investment process, including financial modeling, transaction sourcing, due diligence and valuation, structuring, documentation and portfolio company management.

The team currently possesses a strong, cohesive and supportive culture that uses a collaborative approach towards investing and adding value to portfolio companies.

This position will be based in our Charlotte or New York City office.
