Responsibilities
The Work You'll Do
- Manage the daily upkeep of the Marketing Workbook, which involves scrutinizing the online presence of all Mark-Taylor communities which comprises 23,000 units.
- Analyze marketing data, including website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates, to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
- Enhance website content and organization to improve search engine rankings.
- Manage social media engagement, reviews, and reputation management across all platforms.
- Deliver comprehensive and strategic marketing support to empower and collaborate with our valued internal partners.
- Contribute to the evolution and improvement of our brand platform through regular updates and new initiatives.
- Develop a deep understanding of all enterprise platforms and ensure consistent presentation of the brand.
- Curate and organize essential marketing resources.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats. Use this information to adapt marketing strategies.
- Create, maintain, and oversee a document library on the Intranet.
- Conduct marketing audits for all properties in the Mark-Taylor portfolio.
The Skills You'll Bring :
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing support setting OR a Marketing / Public Relations internship.
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional organization skills and process-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work well with all levels of stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
- Self-motivated, nimble, and highly results-driven in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
