Job Title : Personal Assistant to Freddie Villacci at State Farm
Overview :
Freddie Villacci, an esteemed State Farm agent renowned for his exceptional client service and dedication, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to join his team.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Mr. Villacci in managing his day-to-day operations, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the smooth functioning of his office.
Responsibilities :
- Administrative Support : Provide comprehensive administrative support to Freddie Villacci, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Client Relations : Serve as a point of contact for incoming customer calls. Handle first level inquiries and take payments while maintaining strong relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
- Miscellaneous Tasks : Handle ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Freddie Villacci, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving needs.
Qualifications :
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive and resourceful mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- High degree of professionalism and commitment to delivering outstanding service to clients and colleagues.
