Customer Service & Operations Specialist

Job Summary :

itpstyli LLC, a subsidiary of Concept Machine, provides aftermarket consumables to North American manufacturers that utilize industrial metrology in their quality control processes.

Serving industries such as medical, aerospace, recreation, and automotive, among others, itpstyli LLC supports a wide range of applications.

The Customer Service & Operations Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business unit, including customer support, order fulfillment, and vendor management.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to bring fresh ideas and innovative processes to help grow the business and expand the company’s presence across North America.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Manage and oversee product and technical sales support for inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and web orders.
  • Respond to customer requests for quotes on standard and customized product solutions.
  • Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, including customer requests, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Handle vendor purchasing and receiving to ensure product availability.
  • Provide support for special projects as needed.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate database records.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Customer Service experience a plus
  • Some Microsoft Office experience is required
  • Good verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and engage with technical product details.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality to foster effective collaboration.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement for both personal and business growth.
  • Ability to embrace change and adapt to evolving business needs.
