About Us

Backhaul Direct is expanding our parcel services with the soft launch of BowlingBallShipping.com. As part of our growth strategy, we are creating visibility and engagement within the bowling world through media initiatives, including a high‑energy podcast. This project will also serve as a springboard into SHIPDEEZ, our online FedEx and UPS reseller. We are building a professional studio in one of our corner offices to produce high‑quality content across multiple platforms that engage audiences and grow our brand.

The Role

We are looking for a Podcast & Multimedia Content Producer to lead this project and produce engaging content across multiple platforms. This is a full‑time, hands‑on role for someone who thrives on creating content that gets noticed, engages audiences, and drives traffic.

Responsibilities

Host, produce, and manage a high‑energy bowling and logistics podcast.

Schedule and coordinate guests, managing outreach and logistics seamlessly.

Record, edit, and produce short‑ and long‑form professional audio and video content.

Distribute content strategically across social media and digital platforms.

Collaborate with leadership to generate and execute creative, brand‑building ideas.

Maintain and optimize studio set‑up for consistent, high‑quality, professional production.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Film & Video Production, Broadcast Journalism / Radio‑Television‑Film (RTF), or equivalent professional experience producing high‑quality content.

You are self‑driven, independent, and have a proven track record of growing audiences or brands through multimedia content.

Experience measuring and analyzing audience engagement to drive content strategy is a plus.

Someone with an effervescent personality who is unafraid to present their content and build a brand from the ground up.

Interest or background in the bowling industry or sports entertainment, with the ability to authentically connect with enthusiasts and players alike.

Knowledge of media distribution channels and audience engagement strategies.

Audio & visual editing experience.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Passionate about sports, recreation, and innovative content creation.
