What Will You Be Doing?
- Design, develop, and implement testing methods to support gaming and infrastructure software applications
- Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, and test cases from specific requirements
- Track, validate, and close tasks and activities with defects reported
- Create basic level automation scripts
- Debug issues and perform root cause analysis
- Communicate internally to resolve customer issues by conferencing or transferring calls as appropriate
- Demonstrate an ability to defuse situations and escalate issues appropriately
- Utilize and augment knowledge base to provide accurate information and troubleshooting steps
- Ensure each retailer contact is documented with call reason, issue, and notes
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job :
- 3-5 years experience testing in the slot gaming market required, Eilers & Krejcik tracked company preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in software QA or customer-facing technical support
- Associate Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred, not required
- Ability to write test queries and execute tests as required
- Experience with Windows desktop applications, security, and databases
- Knowledge of Unity game development is preferred
- Experience with QA of casino games and slot machines is preferred
