The Field Marketing Manager at Siteimprove plays a key role in driving demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and brand awareness through localized, in-person, and virtual marketing initiatives across the US and Canadian markets.
This role is responsible for executing regional campaigns, developing and managing regional events, running promotions and follow-up campaigns for global events, and aligning closely with the sales team to ensure that marketing strategies support business growth objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a blend of strategic marketing expertise, event management experience, and the ability to analyze data to optimize marketing activities.
What you will be doing
- Event Planning and Execution : Organize, execute, and manage regional events such as conferences, trade shows, webinars, and roadshows to generate leads, nurture prospects, and engage with target customers.
- Regional Campaigns : Execute tailored marketing campaigns in collaboration with product and brand for localized digital campaigns, and co-branded initiatives with partners to maximize lead generation efforts.
- Lead Generation and Nurturing : Drive demand generation efforts in specific geographic areas, creating sales pipeline opportunities by nurturing prospects from regional marketing activities and events.
- Initiative Alignment : Support the marketing and sales relationship by ensuring campaigns and events align with core company targets and ICP-fit criteria.
- Budget Management : Manage the budget for regional marketing initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to deliver maximum ROI.
- Metrics and Reporting : Track the success of field marketing efforts through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as leads generated, opportunities created, event attendance, and pipeline generated.
Analyze and adjust campaigns based on results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Brand Awareness : Support brand positioning by increasing visibility in target regions, ensuring a consistent and localized brand experience across all marketing channels.
- Campaign Localization : Localize global campaigns for the US market to ensure relevance and alignment with regional needs, driving the visibility and adoption of company messaging and product launches
- Technology Expertise : Utilize marketing automation tools like Pardot, CRM platforms, and other marketing technologies to streamline campaign execution and track performance.
What we will require of you
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.
- Experience managing marketing automation platforms like Pardot and using CRM systems.
- Experience organizing and executing in-person and virtual events.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimize marketing activities and measure success.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience and comfortability with CRM platforms, marketing automation platforms, and email marketing platforms.
