Inside Sales Representative Radiology

The Bayer Radiology Inside Sales Representative is responsible for starting, growing, and supporting all aspects of Bayer Radiology sales

process. The role is required to plan and organize the territory in order to maximize inside sales. The position will target new and existing customers for of Bayer.

Responsibilities include focusing on a specific products and geographic territory to develop new or expand, existing business.

The position will use effective telephone and virtual selling skills to promote products and services, record and confirm customer information by obtaining and entering required data, support current and new product introduction / awareness, suggest related products, offer special promotions, qualify leads by clarifying data,

secure and or renew existing service contracts. The position represents the company and its values in its relationships with customers. This

position is responsible for achieving a high level of customer satisfaction at all times. The Inside Sales Representative reports to the Radiology Inside Sales Supervisor and to the Director of Inside Sales, Radiology.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Radiology Inside Sales Representative, are to :

  • Product and Program Knowledge : Complete understanding and the ability to present to customers all Device, Informatics, Contrast andService Products & Program offerings via phone or virtually;
  • Application of knowledge : Uses analytics to manage territory in a quota drive environment;
  • Understands individual objectives and department strategy and is aware of overall Sales and Service strategy;
  • Cross-Functional Knowledge : Cross functional knowledge limited to the functions and departments that have a direct impact on day-to-daytasks.
  • Application of tools : Utilizes CRM, SAP, BEX, CPQ, Verix, Excel and other tools to perform advanced data mining such as : effectively prospect accounts, record and confirm customer information and coordinate the territory activities with peers and field partners;
  • Business Acumen & Awareness : Understanding of profitability and business impact when making customer decisions and offering solutions;
  • Negotiating Skills : Negotiates skillfully with internal groups and current customers by gaining trust quickly by promoting win-win solutions using a diplomatic approach;
  • Process Awareness : Understands relevant processes required to accomplish individual and team objectives. Identifies process improvement ideas and supports implementation;
  • Customer Knowledge : Understanding of customer product usage and revenue.

WHO YOU ARE

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following :

Required Qualifications :

  • Associates or Technical Degree;
  • Territory account management experience;
  • Established computer proficiency with a working knowledge of
  • Microsoft Office and / or Salesforce applications;
  • Must possess strong written and oral communication skills, with a goal-oriented focus are necessary for success;
  • Candidates must also demonstrate excellent time management skills, with a proven track record of handling multiple priorities;
  • Commitment to continuously improve processes and self;
  • Flexibility to work variable hours as needed;
  • Strong competency in Customer Focus, Driving for Results, Integrity and Trust, Ethics and Values and Compassion;
  • Proven ability to demonstrate at minimum, BHC Radiology’s Team Contributor competencies : Action Oriented, Perseverance, Dealing withAmbiguity, Learning on the fly and Problem Solving.

Preferred Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field with at least two years of territory account management OR an Associates or Technical Degreewith 4-6 years of territory account management experience;
  • 2-4 years of territory account management, preferably selling technical / medical products or equipment in a quota-based capacity with full sales cycle experience

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of between $52,000 to $65,0000. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).

Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data / ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
