UX Designer

A company is looking for a UX Designer II to enhance the user experience of enterprise software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product management and design teams to research, ideate, and prototype enterprise software

Work in an agile environment with multiple teams to design and launch impactful software

Create alignment between user needs and business strategies using the design system and innovative solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field

3+ years of experience in enterprise software design

Experience in user-centered design methods including interviews and persona development

Proficiency in using Figma for designing mockups and prototypes

Familiarity with accessibility in product design
