Qualifications :
- Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy
- Current license and / or registration as a Physical Therapist in-state as applicable
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
- Create treatment plans with long and short-term goals
- Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, and discharges
- Provide comprehensive treatment to patients and complete all required documentation
Work settings : Outpatient, rehabilitation center, long term care, inpatient, clinic, nursing home, acute care, hospital
Pay Range : USD $38.00 - USD $45.00 / Hr.
