Our production facility is located in the Metro-Detroit area.
AAA Industries is a proven manufacturing source, specializing in high volume precision turned components. We offer Multi-Spindle Automatic Screw Machine production capabilities and maintain an ISO 9001 : 2015 & IATF 16949 : 2016 Certification status.
Our customer base is growing and have openings available immediately. We maintain a good working environment and don’t hire often.
We are seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will monitor the quality of incoming and outgoing materials and ensure they meet our high quality standards.
You will inspect randomly selected samples, use our proven methods to inspect them, and approve or reject based on their quality.

Responsibilities
- Inspection of machined parts. Including but not limited to : In process / Production Line inspections, First Piece Inspections, Final Inspection all using standard inspection equipment, such as Micrometers, Calipers, Height Gages, Comparators, etc.
- Visual inspection using hard gages and snap gages
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Part Machining. Screw Machining background is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Quality Inspector or Quality Technician is preferred
- Certification in Quality Control is a plus
- Understanding of quality control standards and testing methods
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organization skills
