A well-established NYC Real Estate firm is currently seeking a Director of Finance to join their talented team. The Director of Finance will contribute to the strategic direction of the firm, while managing the day-to-day financial, accounting and payroll functions.
Responsibilities of this position will include :
- Delivering monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements
- Supervising Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll activities
- Assisting with monitoring budgets to actuals
- Regularly coordinating with external auditors
- Overseeing banking, cash management and reconciliation process
- Developing onboarding processes and building training plans for new employees
- Managing ad hoc projects as necessary
