  • How long with NM? 8 years.
  • Previous experience? Executive in Entertainment since age 16, specializing in post-production. Transitioned to NM after having her first baby, seeking more control over her time and a new career path.
  • Passions outside of business? Enjoys spending time with her family (husband and two young daughters) and traveling, particularly to Hawaii and Disneyland.

Former basketball player and passionate about ballet.

Ben Bri Wealth Management Advisor

  • How long with NM? 13+ years.
  • Previous experience? Initially pursued a career in the video game industry as a developer, but realized it wasnt for him.

Changed gears to finance and joined NM about a year out of college, encouraged by a high school friend already at the company.

Passions outside of business? Enjoys video games, spending time with his family (wife and three kids), and traveling. Avid foodies who love cooking together, with a particular fondness for Mexican cuisine, often driving long distances for the best Mexican restaurants.

Morgan Earman : Financial Representative

  • How long with NM? 3 years.
  • Previous experience? Professional baseball player who started a baseball coaching business focused on pitching. Joined NM to pursue a stable career where he could control outcomes.
  • Passions outside of business? Passionate about golfing and spending time with his family. Recently had his first baby with his wife, whom he met in elementary school.

Also loves fried chicken.

About the Financial Consultant Role :

As a Financial Consultant at Northwestern Mutual, you will be part of a team that helps individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals through personalized insurance solutions and financial planning.

Your role involves building long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Consultation : Engage with clients to understand their financial goals, aspirations, and concerns.
  • Financial Planning : Develop comprehensive financial plans that include investments, insurance, and retirement.
  • Insurance Solutions : Recommend and implement insurance strategies to protect clients' assets and income.
  • Ongoing Support : Monitor clients' financial plans and provide regular updates, adjusting strategies as needed to meet changing circumstances.
  • Networking : Build and maintain a network of clients through referrals, community involvement, and professional associations.

Qualifications :

  • Education : A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience : Previous experience in financial services, insurance or business development is beneficial but not required.
  • Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
