We are on the lookout for a compassionate and skilled Home Infusion Registered Nurse. If you're experienced in administering specialized infusion treatments such as IVIG and Hemophilia, and are passionate about patient-centered care, we'd love to welcome you to our team.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Provide personalized care in patients' homes, including phone and written communication.
- Administer specialty infusion treatments, maintaining IV access.
- Regularly assess and report patient responses to treatment.
- Document care activities in EMR, adhering to regulations.
- Educate patients and families on managing treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for effective medication regimens.
- Maintain and assure quality of equipment used.
Qualifications :
- Graduate degree in nursing and 1+ year RN experience (or IV Certified LVN / LPN experience).
- Valid Registered Nursing license in Texas.
Current CPR / BLS certification.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for business travel.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and software.
- Willing to travel for work.
Additional Information :
- Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Travel nursing, PRN, Temporary.
- Schedule : Day shift, Weekend availability.
- Supplemental Pay : Overtime.

- Work Location : Multiple locations. No remote work.
