Contracts Manager
A company is looking for a Contracts Manager responsible for managing and tracking contracts in various contracting environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and negotiate various agreements and lead contract development and complianceServe as the primary contact for contract-related communications and maintain a contracts repositorySupport the Client Services Team with staffing plans and contractual issues, and prepare contract reportsRequired QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in contract coordination, with at least 50% in federal contractsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, Accounting / Finance, or related fieldKnowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and experience with GSA contractsComprehensive knowledge of U.
S. Government service-type contracts, grants, and cooperative agreementsExperience managing the full procurement cycle from design to management is a plus
