Guardian Agriculture's Autonomous Electric Drone Sprayer Guardian Agriculture Reaps $20 Million In New Funding SUMMARY : As Guardian Agriculture prepares for our commercial launch, we seek a part-time Marketing and Communications Specialist to help expand, shape, and amplify our messages.

This role is crucial in managing our communications efforts, developing content, and supporting marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness.

This position is a part-time ( 20-30 hours / week ), hybrid role but may consider a remote option with the expectation that you will spend several days in the office at the initiation of employment and at least quarterly in-person visits (though ideally would spend 1 day per week / every other week in the office) What You Will Do : Inbound Communications : Respond to inbound product inquiries and customer emails promptly and professionally.

Bring order and relevance to an otherwise neglected Salesforce CRM Social Media Management : Maintain and grow Guardian Agriculture’s social media presence, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.

Develop and execute social media campaigns, track their effectiveness, and optimize strategies for better engagement. Content Creation : Write, copy and create marketing collateral, including websites, email campaigns (using HubSpot), banner ads, videos, sales materials, and more.

Develop content for both short- and long-form communications with impeccable grammar and style. Communications : Identify opportunities for media coverage and develop relationships with print and media companies to feature Guardian Agriculture’s perspectives in publications.

Future responsibilities : Maintain and update the company website. Capacity permitting, assist with current priorities - creating client proposals, etc.

To Be Successful You Will Have : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; in lieu of a degree, demonstrated capabilities are acceptable.

2-5 years of experience in journalism, brand content strategy, copywriting, or communications. Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.

Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong ability to develop content across various platforms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking. Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and flexible attitude.
