We’re looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our fast-paced, dynamic digital team. In this hands-on role, you’ll work with leading brands in the technology space, gaining valuable experience in social media content creation, digital strategy, and campaign management.

As an intern, you’ll contribute directly to client success by working closely with our experienced team of digital strategists, designers, and PR professionals.
You’ll help create and execute social media campaigns that engage audiences, build brand awareness, and support client goals.

Key Responsibilities :
- Contribute to integrated marketing teams, including social media, content creation, and demand generation.
- Draft social media posts and collaborate with team members to ensure content is on-brand and aligned with client objectives.
- Assist in developing design briefs for social media and digital advertising assets.
- Monitor social media platforms daily, identifying areas for improvement and making proactive suggestions.
- Prepare weekly performance reports, tracking key metrics and providing insights into campaign effectiveness.
- Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
- Engage with online communities, managing social media activity and responding to comments based on agreed escalation plans and guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and share recommendations with the team on how to adapt strategies.
- Provide recommendations on campaign optimization and effectiveness.
Candidate Requirements :
- Recent college graduate with a focus on digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong desire to learn and contribute to team success.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all client-facing work.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks across various projects and deadlines.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong English grammar and editing abilities.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and an eagerness to learn how to leverage them for marketing success.
- A genuine interest in technology and comfort working on campaigns for technical and regulated industries.
- Previous coursework or experience in digital marketing, social media, or communications is a plus.
$18 - $20 an hourThis is a six-month paid internship. Successful interns may be offered full-time employment (we’re rooting for you!).
