About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapist Job Specialty : Acute Care PT Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 16 : 30) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : 1 year License : MN license (application required upon offer) Certifications : BLS Must-Have : EPIC charting experience preferred Job Description : Work schedule includes 5x8 hour day shifts with every 4th weekend (Saturday & Sunday).
- No on-call duties required.- Open to first-time travelers.- Candidate must reside more than 25 miles from the facility;
- local candidates not accepted.- Must participate in orientation hours prior to start.- Willingness to apply for a temporary MN license if not already in hand;
licensing process is expedited once documents are submitted.- Traveler is responsible for travel arrangements for state requirements like fingerprinting.
- Compliance with mandatory fingerprinting and lab testing within specified timelines is required.- Potential background findings during fingerprinting may delay the start date.
- Required to complete modules, with hours varying based on the assignment.- COVID-19 vaccination is required, with medical / religious exemptions and declinations allowed.
Flu vaccine status is unknown.- Traveler’s primary residence should be more than 50 miles from the facility. This role promises a committed learning and growth path for those looking to expand their expertise in Acute Care Physical Therapy.
