Position : Registered Nurse (Home Care)
Location : NYC (Excluding Staten Island)

Edison Home Health Care, a leading and established Home Health Care Agency, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team.
We provide comprehensive care to patients across all five NYC boroughs, excluding Staten Island. We offer competitive compensation, ranging from $60 to $140 per service.
Job Duties :
- Patient Assessment & Admission : Evaluate patients referred for home care to determine their appropriateness for admission.
- Care Planning & Supervision : Routinely assess patients and create or adjust the aide Plan of Care based on patient needs.
Provide routine supervision and ongoing instruction / counseling to Home Health Aides.
Documentation & Communication : Complete documentation accurately and submit it to the agency office in a timely manner.
Establish and promote ongoing communication with agency personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
Education & Licensure : R.N. diploma from an accredited NLN program with a minimum of an associate degree (BSN preferred).
Must have a current, valid, and unencumbered RN license, certificate, or registration as required.
- Skills : Intermediate proficiency in computerized systems such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, HHA Exchange, and Electronic and Telephonic Assessments.
- Travel : Ability to travel by public transportation or private vehicle (compensation provided).
Required Experience :
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (required).
- Minimum of 1 year of home care experience (required).
- Bilingual Spanish (preferred but not required).
