We have an exciting CTO, Chief Technology Officer opportunity to get in on the ground floor and help grow an international crypto company entering the U.

S. market. Looking for a technology leader to build and manage a team of U.S.-based Front-End and Back-End Engineers. Fluency in the Mandarin language is a must.

This position requires experience with Blockchain, Crypto Web 3.0 or NFT related industries. This position is Hybrid for the first month then 100% Onsite.

CTO, Chief Technology Officer Responsibilities :

• Hire, train and manage a team of Front-End and Back-End Engineers.
• Coordinate with technology team overseas.
• Lead Software Engineers across the full software development lifecycle.
• Lead development of company's product platform.
• Ensure enterprise-quality, horizontally scalable code using best practices.
• Maintain a team-oriented environment.

CTO, Chief Technology Officer Qualifications :

• Knowledge of many of the following technologies : PHP Laravel Framework, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, Node.js, Git, Ajax, Angular, Vue, React, Svelte, and JSON.
• Fluency in the Mandarin language is a must.
• Experience with Blockchain, Crypto Web 3.0 or NFT related industries is a must.
• Experience with Agile development under the SCRUM methodology.
• Experience hiring, training and managing front-end and back-end software engineers.
• Strong desire to help grow a company's business.
• Excellent communication skills
