The Clinical Nurse II is responsible for providing compassionate care to patients and creating a supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues.
They also contribute to the development of patient care plans and collaborate with the nursing team.
- Implement physician orders, administer medications, and perform treatments and procedures in compliance with company policy and regulations.
- Assess patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment in patient management decisions.
- Provide primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients.
- Direct and guide ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards.
