Overview :

Our client, a Medical Center facility under the aegis of a California Public Ivy university and one of the largest health delivery systems in California, seeks an accomplished Time & Attendance Systems Analyst.

Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship

Location : 100% Remote (Los Angeles, CA 90024)

Duration : 24 months contract

Job Summary :

The Information Systems Analyst 4 performs troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of existing software applications.

The Information Systems Analyst 4 is responsible for the design, build, test, and support of new applications and modules within the portfolio and / or service line.

The Information Systems Analyst 4 must achieve in-depth knowledge of the software application and operational workflows, as well as understand the policies, procedures and constraints of the clinical or business operation supported by the application.

The Information Systems Analyst 4 works with business owners, vendors, and other ISS team members to evaluate and recommend solutions to complex problems and requests.

Applications Supported include but are not limited to : HBS Ecotime Time and Attendance system.

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in health care information technology, computer science, or related area, and / or equivalent combination of experience / training.

Minimum Experience :

• Demonstrated proficiency with Oracle / MS SQL database, UNIX Scripting, Crystal Reports, IIS, Python.
• Experience documenting and testing functionality within an application
• Past participation in all stages of the application development life cycle : planning, creating, testing, deploying, and maintaining an application.
