Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of 15+ Sales Engineers, fostering collaboration and high performance
Define and implement sales engineering practices and methodologies for new logo acquisition
Design operational processes and serve as the executive sponsor for strategic deals
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in B2B technology pre-sales in a leadership role
Proven experience managing and scaling teams of 15 or more Sales Engineers
Track record in fast-paced, new logo acquisition-focused environments
Experience in designing and refining sales engineering methodologies and performance metrics
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
