Marcus Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Night Auditor to be part of our team as we expand our portfolio. Our newest addition, The Lofton Hotel, is a downtown Minneapolis, full-service, $15M revenue property that is the first hotel in the Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Minnesota.

What you will be doing :
- Check guests in and out of room.
- Input and retrieve information routinely from computer system. Make appropriate selection of rooms based on guests' needs.
- Respond to guest requests and handle guest issues or report complaints to management.
- Promptly answer the phone in a professional and clear manner.
- Input all information into computer to communicate guest requests.
- Answer guest questions regarding area or hotel, outlet information and services.
- Greet and welcome guest as they arrive at the hotel.
What we are looking for :
- Excellent customer service skills are required.
- Must be able to work 3rd shift. 11pm-7am.
- Previous receptionist, customer service, front desk or administrative experience preferred.
