We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated servers to join our team at La Bonne Vie. As a server, you will be an integral part of our mission to provide exceptional service and create lasting memories for our guests.
You will have the opportunity to share your knowledge of French cuisine and our thoughtfully curated wine selection, ensuring that each guest's experience is nothing short of extraordinary.
Responsibilities : Provide Exceptional Service : Welcome guests with warmth and hospitality, guiding them through our menu and wine list with expertise and enthusiasm.
Menu Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our menu, including classic French dishes such as Trout Amandine and Steak Frites, to offer recommendations and answer any guest inquiries.
Order Management : Accurately take and relay guest orders to the kitchen, ensuring that every dish is served to perfection.
Wine Pairing : Assist guests in selecting wines that complement their meals, enhancing their overall dining experience. Maintain Cleanliness : Ensure that the dining area is clean and well-presented at all times, reflecting the timeless charm of a Parisian bistro.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow servers to provide a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
Guest Satisfaction : Address any guest concerns or special requests with professionalism and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
Qualifications : Previous experience as a server in a high-quality dining establishment is preferred. Strong knowledge of French cuisine and wines is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
