Under minimal supervision and at the direction of the CARE Network Supervisor Social Work, the Social Worker LCSW / LMFT conducts, bio-psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, brief therapy, and care management for clients of CARE Network.
The LCSW / LMFT performs a comprehensive assessment which includes diagnosis of mental health disorders, performs crisis intervention, care management, and short-term counseling for clients along the continuum of care.
The LCSW / LMFT provides supervision for pre-license ASW / AMFT for clinical hours as assigned by supervisor or Manager of CARE Network.

Required qualifications :
- Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling.
- California Clinical Social Worker License upon hire Or
- California Marriage and Family Therapist License upon hire
- 2 years of experience as a Social Worker or Counselor, working with inpatients or outpatients.
Preferred qualifications :
3 years of Mental health experience.
