Job Summary
Dario is seeking a hospitality-driven Front of House Manager to join our team. Reporting to the General Manager (GM), you will oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, optimizing profits, and supporting staff development and performance.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in high-volume restaurant management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits.
- Passion for hospitality and guest service.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily dining room operations in the absence of GM / AGM.
- Ensure positive guest experiences and resolve complaints.
- Handle opening / closing duties, cash reconciliation, and POS updates.
- Train FOH staff on service standards and product knowledge.
- Monitor costs (labor, food, beverage, etc.) and enforce sanitary practices.
- Maintain a professional restaurant image through cleanliness, uniforms, and adherence to company policies.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed for both staff and guests.
- Provide direction, support, and ongoing feedback to FOH staff.
- Maintain staffing plans and foster a positive working environment.
