Our firm is seeking an experienced senior attorney who is adept at handling a large caseload and familiar with all aspects of the trial process, particularly drafting pleadings, motions, notices, and working toward a resolution.

$120,000 - $130,000 + Bonus BOE
Responsibilities :
- Prepare for and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration hearings
- Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes and applicable laws
- Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions
- Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings
- Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests / responses
Qualifications :
- Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills are required, as well as persuasive writing and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree with a law degree from an accredited law school (such as an LLM, JSD, or J.D. degree)
- Five years of experience as a senior associate in the legal industry
- Previous experience advocating for clients in trials, mediation, and arbitration
