Construction Project Superintendents & Project Managers
Established Florida General Contractor is seeking full-time, seasoned Construction Project Superintendents and Project Managers to work on projects in Palm Beach and Broward Counties.
Jobs range from 1 million to 15 million each. Benefits include 401K with match, health, dental and vision Insurance, vehicle allowance, vacation, yearly performance bonus and 7 paid holidays.
Must be able to read plans and specs thoroughly, coordinate multiple trades, have strong organizational skills, be documentation oriented, able to develop RFI’s, review and process shop drawings and submittals.
Candidate must have working knowledge of building from the ground up , MEPs, site / civil work, shell & finishes. Candidate must possess computer skills (Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Office and Outlook) that will enable them to develop schedules, write email correspondence in a professional manner, complete daily reports, etc.
Candidate must be able to communicate with architects, owners, end users, inspectors, and sub-contractors effectively and professionally,.
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Florida is required. We pride ourselves on maintaining a safe work environment. Daily walk-through inspections looking for safety hazards, hard hat enforcement and tool box talks are required.
City, County and School Board projects experience is a plus. We are a drug free workplace.
