In this role, you will influence strategic decisions, implement marketing projects, and assist in helping people realize their full potential.

You'll handle all parts of the marketing from the creation of a plan to the emails and texts that go out as a part of the plan, to the reporting at the end.

As the Digital Marketing Manager / Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing all digital marketing areas of the business, identifying growth opportunities, maximizing brand exposure, executing new campaigns, optimizing the customer experience, and growing the business.

Compensation :

$65,000 - $80,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Excellent prioritization and time-management skills
• Familiarity with direct response marketing and sales copy
• Experience with ClickFunnels, InfusionSoft, and Text Message marketing
• Confidence in their work and the willingness to take and solicit feedback
• Ability to assess the new trends, identify opportunities, and promote growth
• Ability to break high-level ideas down into actionable items with clear timelines
• Manage and understand all aspects of a successful campaign, including email, social media, paid ads, landing pages, content creation, SEO, CRO, copywriting, etc.
• Understand and improve campaigns, pages and funnel assets through A / B testing
• Oversee digital initiatives from concept creation to implementation
• Motivate, support and work within our team in each area of the company
• Use tools and software for efficient results, including Google Docs, Slack and other communication tools
