Dispatch
Responsibilities :
- Respond to all security-related calls and alarms promptly
- Dispatch security personnel to various locations within the organization
- Maintain accurate records of all incidents and dispatches
- Monitor all security equipment, including CCTV, alarm systems and access control systems
- Collaborate with management and emergency services to ensure safety and security of personnel and facilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
- Alert security management of any security breaches or concerns
- Assist with training of new security personnel
Requirements & Qualifications :
- Must have an active / valid Guard Card.
- Must be at least 18 years old. High School graduate or equivalent.
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
