Job Description :
- 2+ years' progressive experience working in an HRIS system (Workday preferred)
- Workday Pro Certified (preferred)
- Intermediate Excel experience working with large data sets using sophisticated formulas and functionality
- Problem Solving : uses detailed logic to understand hidden problems and identify effective solutions without adding complexity
- Communication : Possess excellent presentation skills and confidence presenting to upper management
- Priority Setting : Ability to work well under pressure, handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Customer Focus : Ability to work multi-functionally and handle multiple responsibilities with tight deadlines
- Detail Oriented : Focus on data accuracy and system integrity
- Demonstrable ability to lead and direct multidisciplinary teams to build impactful customer solutions
Must have skills : EIB / mass load experience, case management, EIB loads into workday, SOX control adherence, auditing / investigation / consultation - heavy Excel usage.
