The Ideal Candidate Will :
- Have a strong background in family law litigation.
- Possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in drafting and reviewing legal documents relevant to family law.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide sound counsel to clients navigating complex family law matters.
- Advocate effectively in court, demonstrating professionalism, confidence, and strong communication skills.
- Develop and implement effective case strategies to drive cases toward favorable resolutions.
- Manage billable hours while overseeing all aspects of case management.
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in California, with a focus on family law.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law litigation.
- Bilingual in English and an additional language (strongly preferred).
- Substantial courtroom experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Must be available to work in-office.
Compensation Package :
- Base salary range of $120,000 $150,000, commensurate with experience.
- Generous performance-based bonus linked to billable hours.
