Please note that the hiring agency reserves the right to ask for additional candidates / resumes at any time after bid closing and that vendors must produce qualified candidates at or below the bill rate they bid on the RFQs.
Contractor should still bid even if they cannot fully supply the number of LPN's required on this RFQ. Agency may continue to recruit new candidates as staffing needs arise through the end date for services.
Award will result in multiple vendors. The Agency reserves the right to extend up to 24 months.
The award(s) will be made to vendor(s) who provide the best overall value based on the combination of price and the qualifications of the candidate.
Minimum qualifications : Must be licensed and currently registered to practice nursing in New York as a LPN and have one year of full time post LPN licensure clinical nursing experience.
A mandatory site visit and interview is required as candidate selection will be based on lowest price and candidate qualifications.
Mohawk CF is a medium security facility, however, Walsh RMU is a maximum security center located within Mohawk CF. These positions are days, afternoons and evening shifts.
