We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. As part of the GNE, the Global Moderation Service team is in charge of reviewing sellers, listings and content on TikTok Shop for policy compliance.
We partner with the Governance teams to maintain a ecosystem of global e-commerce. We are actively seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Program Manager.
As a key member of our team, you will leverage your background in product operations to enhance our operational processes within the fast-paced e-commerce landscape.
- Responsibility- Product Operations : - Work closely with cross-functional partners ( policy, product management, data analytics, Algo, engineering) to identify, assess and resolve auto / human moderation related issues in our products, systems and processes;
- Manage queues and moderation platform configurations.- Project management : - Lead strategic projects, develop plans, facilitate meetings, and manage project teams and resources.
- Serve as a liaison between Leadership and cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration - Proactively identify improvement opportunities to enhance project outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement Culture : - Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices throughout the organization.
- Conduct training sessions to empower team members with the skills needed to adapt to evolving processes.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, business administration, or other relevant field.
- Proven experience in product operations and system optimization project management in the e-commerce industry.- Carefully handle system configurations in a thorough manner.
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities to enhance project outcomes. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience in the E-Commerce moderation sector.
- Able to effectively engage with leadership, facilitate discussions about complex topics, influence, and reach agreements.
- Critical thinking ability and good at problem-solving and SoP establishment.- Self-motivated with a track record in stakeholder management, and able to thrive in an ambiguous working environment.
