We areseeking a seasoned ProjectManager with extensive experience leading Oracle ERP / EBS implementations witha strong focus on Financials.

The ideal candidate will beresponsible for overseeing the successful delivery of OracleERP / EBS projects ensuring they are completed on time within scopeand on budget.

This is an onsite role located in NorthCarolina .

KeyResponsibilities :

• Leadendtoend Oracle ERP / EBSimplementation projects with a primary focuson Financials .
• Developand manage project plans timelines budgets and resources to meetobjectives.
• Collaborate withstakeholders to define project scope goals anddeliverables.
• Coordinate withcrossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration across variousdepartments.
• Oversee theconfiguration customization and deployment of Oracle ERP Financialmodules (GL AP AR FA etc.).
• Identifyand mitigate risks and ensure that project deliverables meetquality standards.
• Lead projectmeetings provide status updates and communicate effectively withinternal teams and externalvendors.
• Manage stakeholderexpectations and serve as the main point of contact for allprojectrelated inquiries.
• Ensurecompliance with company policies and procedures throughout theproject lifecycle.
• Conductpostimplementation reviews and ensure continuousimprovement.

RequiredQualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Business InformationTechnology or a related field (Master s degreepreferred).
• 8 years ofexperience in project management specificallyleading Oracle ERP / EBSimplementations with a focus on Financials .
• Provenexperience with OracleFinancials modules (GL AP ARFA).
• Strong understanding of projectmanagement odologies (AgileWaterfall).
• Exceptional leadershipcommunication and interpersonalss.
• Ability to manage multipleprojects and deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.
• Strong problemsolvingand conflictresolution ss.
• PMP orsimilar certification ispreferred.

PreferredQualifications :

• Experiencein Oracle CloudFinancials .
• Experienceworking in a regulatedindustry (e.g. healthcarefinance).
• Knowledge of other OracleERP modules (Supply Chain HRetc.).

WorkEnvironment :

• Thisis an onsite role based in NorthCarolina . Candidates must be willing to relocate oralready reside in the area.
• Sometravel may be required depending on projectneeds.

Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP / EBS implementation projects with aprimary focus on Financials. Develop and manage project plans,timelines, budgets, and resources to meet objectives.

Collaboratewith stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamlessintegration across various departments.

Oversee the configuration,customization, and deployment of Oracle ERP Financial modules (GL,AP, AR, FA, etc.). Identify and mitigate risks, and ensure thatproject deliverables meet quality standards.

Lead project meetings,provide status updates, and communicate effectively with internalteams and external vendors. Manage stakeholder expectations andserve as the main point of contact for all project-relatedinquiries.

Ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresthroughout the project lifecycle. Conduct post-implementationreviews and ensure continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications : Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a relatedfield (Master s degree preferred).

8+ years of experience inproject management, specifically leading Oracle ERP / EBSimplementations with a focus on Financials.

Proven experience withOracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA). Strong understanding ofproject management odologies (Agile, Waterfall).

Exceptionalleadership, communication, and interpersonal ss. Ability to managemultiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strongproblem-solving and conflict-resolution ss. PMP or similarcertification ispreferred.
