Job Summary
The Executive Director, Enterprise Master Plan & PDC provides direction and administrative leadership for CHOC enterprise-wide planning, design & construction.
The department ensures alignment with enterprise capital construction allocation for owned and leased tenant improvement properties.
The position provides leadership for CHOC’s enterprise master plan & strategic construction initiatives which are consistent with regional goals and objectives.
Oversight responsibilities include; strategic space planning; business capital development support, program design development, financial management, performance monitoring, budgeting, personnel management, quality improvement, and enhancements to customer service experience.
Pay Range
Minimum $175,802 Midpoint $232,939 Maximum $290,056
Experience
Required : Minimum ten (10) years of experience in the healthcare industry. At least five (5) years of leadership experience with oversight for administrative and / or support services.
Experience with OSHPD, Department of Health Services & Joint Commission.
Education
- Required : Bachelor’s Degree.
- Preferred : Master’s Degree.
