Job Summary

The Executive Director, Enterprise Master Plan & PDC provides direction and administrative leadership for CHOC enterprise-wide planning, design & construction.

The department ensures alignment with enterprise capital construction allocation for owned and leased tenant improvement properties.

The position provides leadership for CHOC’s enterprise master plan & strategic construction initiatives which are consistent with regional goals and objectives.

Oversight responsibilities include; strategic space planning; business capital development support, program design development, financial management, performance monitoring, budgeting, personnel management, quality improvement, and enhancements to customer service experience.

Pay Range

Minimum $175,802 Midpoint $232,939 Maximum $290,056

Experience

Required : Minimum ten (10) years of experience in the healthcare industry. At least five (5) years of leadership experience with oversight for administrative and / or support services.

Experience with OSHPD, Department of Health Services & Joint Commission.

Education

  • Required : Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Preferred : Master’s Degree.

Training

Required : None required.

Required : Ability to analyze key performance metrics and indicators to proactively correct outcomes continuously; multitask and work in a fast pace environment.

Executive demeanor that includes remaining poised, credible, and confident in order to exercise influence, reassure others, and drive optimum project performance.

Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate complexities to all levels of stakeholders and ability to build trust / strong partnerships.

Proven leadership skills with ability to build, lead, motivate, and inspire teams and manage projects from development stages to on-time / in-budget deliverables.

Ability to collaborate with a variety of personnel from a variety of backgrounds and perspectives.
