Well, guess what your dream starts today. FMF is hiring a Customer Support / Product Specialist position that does just that.
We take what we do seriously and we expect that you will as well. We also like to seriously have fun working in this industry that is built upon having fun.
FMF has 50+ years of legacy and reputation within the industry so your professional demeanor is very important. Here are some basic requirements for you to do this job successfully :
- Phone skills be kind, articulate, helpful
- Email be kind, use proper spelling and punctuation, read it back to yourself and make sure it makes sense to you
- Computer entry ability to learn our system and work within it
You will work with Retail Consumers, Dealers and Whole Distribution. Being able to recognize the different needs of each customer is highly important.
This is a full-time position that will work in our Rancho Dominguez headquarters. Five days a week of motorcycle-related conversations.
