ROLE DESCRIPTION :
Successful State Farm office looking to hire a fully remote team member for the role of Office Representative. This is primarily a sales focused position with production and activity expectations.
Please note that team members will need to work during the office hours of 9am to 5pm PST.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
- Work alongside the agent to establish and meet goals relating to outbound calls, sales, and more.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Must have prior experience as a team member in a State Farm Office
- Valid Property & Casualty Insurance license
- Valid Life & Health Insurance license
