The RN manages patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner and demonstrates skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and management of resources.

Community Health Network has an excellent opportunity available within our Radiation Oncology nursing team located in Indianapolis, IN on the North side at the North Oncology Center.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications* Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience* Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)* Some Oncology experience is strongly preferred.

• Epic experience is strongly preferred; Aria experience would be a plus, but it's not required.* Procedure experience to include coordinating schedules / treatments with other facilities is strongly preferred.
