Licensed Practical Nurse - Home Health with Providence Home Health in King County.&Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with rotating weekend coverage< / The Licensed Practical Nurse assists the Registered Nurse in the planning and delivery of nursing care and to assist with the rehabilitation of patients in their place of residence on an intermittent basis.
