Job Description :
- Full-Time (37.5 hours / week)
- 55-65+ per hour
- Onsite, Monday-Friday
- 2024-2025school year

- High School Caseload
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to high school students to address academic, personal, and social concerns.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement strategies to support student success.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths, needs, and interests, and assist in creating personalized academic and career plans.
- Facilitate workshops and presentations on topics such as college and career readiness, study skills, and mental health awareness.
- Serve as a resource for students and families seeking information on college admissions, scholarships, financial aid, and career exploration.
- Monitor and track students' academic progress and attendance, intervening as necessary to provide support and resources.
- Participate in the school's multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student concerns and develop appropriate interventions.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in school counseling and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in School Counseling
- Certification in school counseling in Illinois
