Associate Attorney
We are seeking a driven and talented Associate Attorney to become part of a prestigious firm recognized for its excellence in civil litigation .

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and litigate civil cases from inception through resolution.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Participate in discovery, depositions, and courtroom advocacy, including trial preparation.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and execute strategic approaches to cases.
- Provide exceptional representation and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process.
Qualifications :
- 0-7 years of civil litigation experience. Attorneys of all experience levels within this range are encouraged to apply.
- Must be either a licensed member of the California Bar or awaiting Bar results.
- Strong preference for attorneys with a demonstrated interest in plaintiff-side litigation .
- Plaintiff or defense experience
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Westlake Village, California , or the surrounding areas.
