We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Permanent Process Controls Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role will offer the successful candidate an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of our manufacturing operations, working on a variety of projects, and making a significant contribution to our company's ongoing success.

Responsibilities :
As a Permanent Process Controls Engineer, your responsibilities will be diverse and challenging. Key duties will include :
1. Designing, developing, and implementing innovative control systems to optimize manufacturing processes, enhance product quality, and improve efficiency.
2. Conducting detailed process and equipment analyses to identify areas for improvement and devise effective solutions.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand process requirements and translate them into effective control strategies.
4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of control systems and processes.
5. Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for control systems across the manufacturing facility.
6. Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards related to control systems and manufacturing processes.
7. Leading and participating in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices for process control engineering.
8. Training and mentoring junior engineers and other team members on control systems and processes.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role, you will need :
1. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the manufacturing industry.
3. Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing control systems in a manufacturing environment.
4. Proficiency with various control system platforms, programming languages, and process control technologies.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex processes and equipment and devise effective solutions.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across the organization.
7. A strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
8. A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
9. A professional engineering (PE) license would be an added advantage.
