About The Position

Please only submit candidates with an active NM or compact license. Please note time2 years experience in current specialty required.

Must have Inpatient Experience. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.

When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist / competency assessment.

CERTIFICATIONS : Must have a PT License. - BLS / BCLS certifications required. BLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.

ORIENTATION : The 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training.. Weekends ARE required Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs.

Floating is required PH, PH ED, PKH ED if needed.. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location.

Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts. If traveler is required to float (unlikely) they will float to PH (Presbyterian Hospital).

Additional Information : 1. Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from last day worked, in order to be considered for a travel position.

2. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location.

3. State tax is passed through to your agency and will be reflected on your invoice. The state tax should be paid to the state of New Mexico.

4. ENSURE AN ACCURATE SS# and DOB IS ENTERED. IF NOT, TRAVELER MAY BE PUSHED / AGENCY SUSPENED (creates I.T. onboarding issues).
