Position Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Insurance Producer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of insurance products and services, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our agency.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Business Development :

Generate and follow up on leads to identify potential clients.

  • Conduct needs-based sales consultations to understand clients' insurance needs.
  • Recommend and sell appropriate insurance products, including auto, home, life, and other coverage options.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Customer Service :

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Conduct policy reviews with clients to ensure adequate coverage and identify opportunities for additional sales.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.

Administrative Duties :

Complete necessary documentation and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, product changes, and company policies to effectively advise clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications :

Must have Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Must be local and willing to come into the office.

Education & Experience :

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Licensing in Life and Health is preferred but not required.

Skills :

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Spanish-speaking ability is preferred but not required.

Compensation :

$20 per hour plus commission.
